The setting is the front room of The Burren and there is no tradtional "stage" set up. The musicians sit in a circle around one table that holds one microphone and a few good pints of beer. This is a very loose gig and a guilty pleasure of many hard working community musicians who come together to go song for song all night long. The set list will often include some favorite covers, tradtional and modern as well as original songs. There is a rotating cast that makes up the 4 core table musicians weekly. On any given Tuesday you will find some combination of Ryan Fitzsimmons, Danielle Miraglia, Greg Klyma, Kara Kulpa, Laurence Scudder, Jake Bush, Erik White, Mike McCann and anyone else who may drop by to sit in with the session. |
